Terms & Conditions
1.Subscriptions:
1.1 Our Monthly Subscription is £30 per session and this is payable by a Bank Card Transaction on the 1st of every Month. The sessions run across 50 weeks out of the year.
2.Health & Safety
2.1 Yorkshire Amateurs coaches are DBS checked and at least one certified First Aider is in attendance at every session. By allowing your player to participate in the sessions you give the qualified First Aider full authorisation to administer First Aid, to the best of their abilities, to your child should they require it. Yorkshire Amatuers accepts no responsibility for any injuries or death incurred in the normal course of the sessions or any responsibility for injuries or death incurred as a result of the administration of any First Aid.
2.2 Each player must wear appropriate football trainers/boots, shin pads and kit. Yorkshire Amateurs has the right to refuse entry should your player not have the appropriate kit. In such instances you would not be entitled to any refund for that session. Should you allow your player to undertake the sessions without the appropriate kit, Yorkshire Amateurs will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of, for example, wearing no shin pads. It is your responsibility to ensure your player/s have enough water, sunscreen and weather proof kit dependant on the needs of the player and the weather conditions at any session.
2.3 Any pre-existing medical conditions must be detailed on the registration form for your player/s and discussed with your players’ coach at the earliest time.
3.Behaviour
3.1 Each player is required to behave politely towards coaches, parents and other players. Any instances of rudeness, bullying, inappropriate language, misconduct (such as fighting and lashing out) and anything else deemed inappropriate and a disruption to the enjoyment of the sessions may result in Yorkshire Amateur cancelling the players’ subscription. Parents are invited to watch the sessions but must show respect to coaches, their child/children, other parents and other children. Any parent who behaves inappropriately (such as shouting at their child/other children or being disrespectful to coaches) will be asked to leave and it may result in their player having their subscription cancelled. What is deemed inappropriate will decided by Yorkshire Amateur Senior Leaders. We encourage positive comments but will not tolerate abuse towards the players.
4. Sessions
4.1 It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure their player/s arrive on time for each session and that they pick their child/children up immediately at the session end time.
5.Cancelled Sessions
5.1 Yorkshire Amateurs will not issue refunds for cancelled sessions relating to factors outside of the organisation's control. This includes, but is not limited to: weather conditions, frozen/hard surface, third-party events at our venues and Bank Holidays. Where possible Yorkshire Amateurs will aim to provide additional sessions to make up for any cancellations where possible
6.Lost/Damaged Property
6.1 Yorkshire Amateur accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property including, but not limited to, clothing, water bottles, shin pads, footwear and vehicles. For instances of stealing please report it to a your Coach immediately.
7.Photography
7.1 Yorkshire Amateur coaches may take photos and videos to use for promotional and instructional purposes. Such footage may be shared on Yorkshire Amatuer's official social media and website pages. Please ensure you click if you agree to this when completing your registration on Class for kids.
